WHAT IS CRATE BRITISH AND WHAT DO I GET IN MY BOX?

Each month we curate a box of sweets (candy) and snacks that we know you will love. They could be anything from a British staple to something that could be a seasonal limited edition treat. You'll be sure to like it and we can't wait to bring you a smile with what we'll come up with every month. Each box contains up to 10 sweets and snacks including a Pick N' Mix bag with a new and unique mystery sweet each time.

WHEN DOES MY BOX SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The monthly cut off for orders is the last day of each month. For example, an April box cut off day would be March 31st. Orders will ship to you with a delivery aim of 7-14 days around the 3rd day of the month. We ship orders using Royal Mail International Standard, you can't track your orders using this service.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All orders have free shipping included, even Worldwide.

WHEN I SIGN UP FOR A PLAN, IS IT ALL CHARGED UP FRONT?

So you don't get any nasty surprises along the way you are billed immediately when signing up for a plan. So sit back, relax and wait for each box to arrive after they ship on the 3rd of each month.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALLERGY INFORMATION?

You can be assured all the products in each box contain labelled ingredients in English. It's your responsibility to read these carefully if you have any food allergies. Unfortunately we do not do custom boxes to cater for each and every allergy, but do share the foods you can't eat with your friends and family.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and payments are processed securely using Stripe.

We try to deliver to most including Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Rupublic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan and Vatican City. MY BOX IS MISSING AN ITEM OR IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I RECEIVE A FREE BOX IN EXCHANGE FOR A REVIEW?

We're currently on the lookout for social media influencers on YouTube to do unboxing videos and reviews on Blogs, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. If you are interested, drop us an email at support@cratebritish.com and you may be eligible to receive a free box for review.
